  I drive by two other Tim Horton's to get to this location.... I have always had wonderful service there. However, this morning was a different story.... the young lady who took my order through the drive threw was NOT very pleasant at all... there wasn't a greeting at all, she was very monotone like she didn't want to serve anybody and she certainly didn't thank me for my order... the young lady at the window was just as pleasant (or lack there of).... she was really ticked that I was paying by Debit card.... SHE said she couldn't pass the terminal out the window to me, because it was raining.... I have never had that told to me before, even in the worst rain. When I was leaving the Drive Through Window, she turned to the young lady who took my order and said "WOW... What a BITCH"....... I am not a bitch... but, I do believe in good customer service. I go to this Tim Horton Location almost every work day.... usually the staff are very good... not lately though... this makes me sad.... I guess I should not be passing the other Tim Horton's on my route. - June 29,2017
