1. Gave me the incorrect prescription.
2. Lost my health insurance card
3. Told me my prescription would be ready Monday afternoon and when I arrived two days later on Wednesday evening the prescription was still not ready.
I live outside of town and had to drive back to town each time because of their errors. In all three circumstances the staff were unapologetic.
As the old saying goes, three strikes you're out. I will be taking my business else where.
